2 Kings 4:8  “ One day Elisha went to Shunem. And a well-to-do woman was there, who urged him to stay for a meal. So whenever he came by, he stopped there to eat. She said to her husband, “I know that this man who often comes our way is a holy man of God.   Let’s make a small room on the roof and put in it a bed and a table, a chair and a lamp for him. Then he can stay there whenever he comes to us.”

Consider what you “know”.  In Kenneth E. Hagin’s book, I Believe in Visions, he rehearsed one of his conversations with the Lord about believing.  He was telling the Lord, “I do believe,” to which God responded, “Yes you do believe as far as you know.”  We can’t believe  beyond what we know.  In 2 Kings 4:9, this woman said I know this is a holy man of God, and so she wanted to be sure to make room for him.

Today, we know the 3rd Person of the Trinity is the revealer of Truth to us, so how much more important is it for us to “make  room for Him” in our everyday life?
